I’m sure many of you have heard that Feedburner is going away. I’d hate to lose my readers who subscribe to Diary of an Eccentric through a feed reader, so please update your feed if you subscribed to my Feedburner feed. (If you subscribe by e-mail, there’s no need to do anything, as I use the WordPress widget for that.)
You can change the feed to http://diaryofaneccentric.wordpress.com/feed or use the buttons in the top of the sidebar to re-subscribe. Thank you!!

Wow, I’m out of the loop… I hadn’t heard about Feedburner. I will need to do the same with my feed links. Glad I saw your post!!
I saw a couple of blogs mentioning it and then I found articles discussing it. I guess Google hasn’t announced it yet, from what I understand.

What? I hadn’t heard about Feedburner going away, either. Of course, I never used it, myself (and sometimes wondered if I should). Guess now I’m glad I didn’t — and no worries. Since I didn’t use it, I subscribed the old-fashioned way!
If you subscribed using the Feedburner button on my blog, you’ll have to resubscribe, though. So confusing! I wish I’d never used Feedburner.

Great! Just make sure it’s the http://diaryofaneccentric.wordpress.com/feed and not the feedburner one, or it supposedly won’t update in Google Reader once Feedburner shuts down.
